The team from Rennie Bros. have done an excellent job removing a dead palm and a very large Photinia from my garden with no disturbance to the surrounding plants. They also expertly trimmed back the 4 metre hedges along the fence and left the yard spotless. You really can’t go past these guys for a top notch job at a reasonable price. 2026 January We had Rennie Bros back to do more work this week & as usual they did an amazing job trimming more hedges. I was very happy with Rennie Bros who removed my large & awkwardly sited Spotted Gum tree from my front-yard. I was impressed that Rennie Bros asked the right questions at initial contact such as underground services for the stump-grinding process. Also that it was considered wiser to use a cherry-picker rather than just climbing the tree due to the tree branches being unable to carry the weight of a person safely both over my roof & also over the street power-lines. This required the overhead electricity & internet cables to be removed from my house which their electrician was very good returning to restore supply about when he indicated he would later that day. I also noted that large plastic traffic-cones were placed over the front-yard tap & water-meter to minimize the chances of damage to them during the removal process. My request  for a quote was actioned promptly and Michael was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, Polite and answered all my questions and advised what care I could give the tree and what work would be carried out.  He took photos of the tree so he could advise his team of the work required. His team came within days and were also amazing! They were so professional and polite and were very careful of my lawn and neighbours property.  Nat was brilliant getting out to all the dead wood. The crew cleaned up thoroughly. A huge thank you to Stuart — he is truly the best arborist expert you can find! I’m not even his direct client, but many of my friends have worked with him and highly recommended him to me when I had an urgent issue with council. I called Stuart while he was literally at a doctor’s appointment, yet he still jumped onto his computer as soon as he could and helped me figure out exactly what I needed to argue my case with council. Even though I didn’t pay him anything, he was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. Thanks to his amazing help, council approved the tree immediately instead of making us wait six months, which has made a huge difference to my client’s development timeline.
